What happens between ordering and delivery

Most pieces at Sklar are made to order. That means each item moves through several stages before it reaches your home. Here's what to expect at each one.

    Order placed
    Your purchase order has been entered into our system and assigned to a vendor.

    In production
    Your item is being made to order. Lead times vary by vendor and item type.
  3. 3
    In transit from Manufacturer
    The item is in transit. Long-haul freight (especially from overseas vendors) can take several weeks.
  4. 4
    Ready for delivery
    Your items have been inspected and are ready to be scheduled for delivery.
  5. 5
    Delivery scheduled
    Your delivery has been booked. You'll hear from our team with a time window.

    Delivery Complete
    Your order has been delivered. Enjoy!
